Peanut Butter & Chocolate Protein Balls

15 Serves 

Preparation Time: 15-20 minutes


  • 1.5 cup almond meal
  • 1/2 cup vanilla vegan protein powder
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup hot water


  1. Add all ingredients together in a food processor. Process until mixture comes together.
  2. Divide mixture into 15, and into balls. Coat mixture in coconut and refrigerate.
  3. ENJOY!!!
