Peanut Butter & Chocolate Protein Balls
Preparation Time: 15-20 minutes
- 1.5 cup almond meal
- 1/2 cup vanilla vegan protein powder
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup hot water
- Add all ingredients together in a food processor. Process until mixture comes together.
- Divide mixture into 15, and into balls. Coat mixture in coconut and refrigerate.
